Epping Town Council

Epping Town Council has local government responsibility for the town of Epping, and it is this council that is officially twinned with Eppingen. Its base is at Epping Hall in St John’s Road, CM16 5JU. The council liaises with the two other tiers of local government, Epping Forest District Council and Essex County Council, in matters relating to the town. In 2019 the council was awarded Quality Gold Status for best practice in local government. Their website has a wealth of information about the town and its history, as well as details of the council, local services and events. There is also an online version of the council’s quarterly print magazine, Talk About Epping.

Rotarians

Eppingen does not have its own Rotary Club; Sinsheim, about 13 miles (20 km) away, is the nearest town which does. Rotary links were therefore forged with that town.

It Includes musical performances, Christmas items for sale, and refreshments.
